Microlight Flying School
Breeze Aviation is a microlight flying school, located in the heart of Yorkshire, deservedly known as “God’s own county.” We are based at one of the best flying sites in the UK, Sherburn in Elmet, near Leeds. We have 3 well maintained, grass runways and one all weather tarmac runway at our disposal. The facilities are second to none, with a buzzing cafe and licensed bar, lounge area, outdoor picnic area and even a playground for the kids.
We are only a short flight from the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors, the Yorkshire Wolds and the picturesque Yorkshire Coast. We are blessed with large areas of wide open uncontrolled airspace right on our doorstep.

Our microlight flying school is quite unusual, as training takes place at a licensed airfield. We integrate seamlessly with large scale GA training and hire, helicopter training and charter, commercial and advanced flight training and classic tiger moth experiences.
We believe that training in such a diverse and professional environment enables the modern microlight student to develop first class airmanship, and offers doorstep opportunities to progress their flying career onto new types after completing the NPPL (M) with us. . .
